Cancellation

1. Customers can cancel their booking any time before the sample collection is done. No cancellation charges will be applied for the same.
2. No cancellation will be allowed post sample collection.

Refund Policy

1. If cancellation has been initiated by customers who have done the booking using an online payment method, they can make the request for the refund to be credited on the payment platform selected at the time of booking.
2. Customers can raise their refund request either by calling +91-8668901988 or writing an email to info@medlycure.com
3. Refunds might take 7 to 14 business days to get credited in the customer's account.
4. No refund request will be accepted once the sample has been collected.
